The Patch is sponsored by Stillwater Noon Lions Club and Highland Park United Methodist Church. All fundraising supports 22 non-profit organizations in Stillwater, Payne County, Oklahoma, nationally, and internationally; college and vocational scholarships, eyeglasses, vison screening, Oklahoma Lions Eye Bank for corneal transplant, foster care, Salvation Army, Adult and Teen Challenge, Fighting Childhood Hunger, Oklahoma Special Olympics, World Service for the Blind, Lions Mobile Health Screening Unit,
