3PM This event begins Sunday afternoon with a parade and ends with a program at the Historic Centre Theatre. Honor military service members past and present while watching a fully-restored 1924 Heritage Express Trolley, the El Reno Cruisers and many other participants make their way throughout downtown El Reno. Free to attend.
