ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 Volunteer Grants:
Both organizations allow Volunteer Grants for employees. ConocoPhillips also allows volunteer grants for retirees.
The ConocoPhillips employee/retiree can volunteer to get two 20 hour grants per year, each 20 hour grant will be a gift of $500 to the ministry.
The Phillips 66 employee can volunteer up to 160 hours per year and can submit hours at any time (there is no minimum hours to submit).

ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 guidelines for Matching Contributions:
ConocoPhillips and Phillips 66 will match employee gifts dollar-for-dollar, up to $10,000. ConocoPhillips no longer matches retiree gifts (as of 2/28/2021); Phillips 66 no longer matches retiree gifts (as of 7/31/2024).
ConocoPhillips contribution received must be at least $50. Contributions less than $50 (ex. those that give $15/mo.) cannot be accumulated. If you are someone that gives less than $50 a month, please consider combining more than one month's donation to send the $50 minimum.
Phillips 66 contributions does not have a minimum that can be matched.
